At the heart of our portfolio is our premium cow ghee, meticulously produced from fresh butter and milk cream using an advanced roasting technique. This time-honoured yet precision-driven process unlocks a luxurious aroma, velvety texture, and deep, authentic flavour, delivering an experience that discerning consumers immediately recognise.

Beyond ghee, SHV Dairy Products is a trusted name in the processing and blending of dairy whitener, serving premium clients within the HORECA sector. We hold the distinction of being the only licensed dairy whitener processor in Kerala, underscoring our commitment to regulatory excellence, quality assurance, and technical leadership.

Our integrated manufacturing facility also processes Skimmed Milk Powder (SMP) at scale, with a monthly capacity of approximately 25 metric tons. Every product we craft is proudly marketed under our flagship brand, DEVAR — a name synonymous with purity, consistency, and uncompromising standards.

In response to evolving market preferences, we have recently expanded our range to include unsalted butter and medium-fat malai paneer, developed to meet the exacting expectations of chefs, institutions, and premium households alike.
